For the most part, it was just our little family and we had a lot of fun.
(and we saw Uncle Nate, Aunt Amy, and Gavin on Monday night)
It was fun to have no schedule, no commitments, no pressures, just fun!
We had some nice weather so we could go on a few walks and play outside a little.
Poor Ash, I snapped this picture right as she slipped and fell.

Ashlee wanted no part of roasting s'mores. She was really afraid of the fire (yeah!) and sat as far away as she could while still sitting by Dad.
Caitlin enjoyed her sticky mess; but Ashlee, again, didn't really want any part of it. She took this 1 bite and that was it.
Sadly, this is our last spring break get away for a while. Caitlin starts Kindergarten next year, and the public schools don't have spring break at the same time as the college- major bummer.

Yea for a fun family getaway! Boo for becoming a slave to the public school system--it starts to control your life. I admit, it does offer some good things, too. :)
Funny that Ash didn't even want to EAT the s'more! Wow...can't say the same for anyone in my house.
