Trek

Our stake had a trek lover the weekend.
We decided many months ago that we were going to do it, so in July we started going on long "trek walks" so the girls (read: Ashlee) would be able to do the 6 mile trek.
We drove up to Farson Friday night to go camping and then trek in the morning.
It was Molly's first ever camping experience and she liked to wander around, and had no concept that the fire was dangerous. So we had to watch her CLOSELY.
We all fit snug in our 4 man tent, but we need a new tent now. I would like to be able to stand up and stretch out a little!

The girls and I pulled the hand cart first, but only for about 1/4 of a mile. It is heavy.
The rest of the time we walked and some wonderful men in our ward pulled it the whole time.

Gateway Ward.
We didn't have a ton of people with us, but it was still a great time.
It was a good way to get to know some of the people in our brand new ward.

Molly rode in the Ergo the whole time, and did great!
Caitlin and Ashlee did a great job also. There was only a small amount of whining and complaining from our 5 year old. She did go on a short ride on the 4 wheeler and loved that!
